What do we do at Bibleville?
We eat supper together, play games, do arts and crafts activities, and spend some time learning about Jesus. We have trained leaders who lead small groups of kids for the evening and ensure the children are safe, connected, and having fun.
What if I don't believe in God?
We want everyone to feel welcome and safe at our programs, no matter where they are at about church and God. We do not want to force what we believe onto anyone, but we do ask that everyone who attends is respectful and understands that we will spend time talking about God every week.
When does Bibleville run?
Bibleville runs from 5:30 - 7:30 pm on Wednesday evenings. Our season goes from September to December and the end of January to June.
Can my child be added to the ride list?
We have limited space in our vans so each pick up spot is first come, first serve. We also only serve the westside of Saskatoon (excluding Hampton Village and area). Please inquire with the program director if there is space.
My child is on the rides list, when will they be picked up?
Pick ups run from 4:30-5:30. You will receive a text message when they are nearing your house. Please have your child ready.
What is camp?
Every July we have the opportunity to take the children that are part of Bibleville through the year to Elbow Lutheran Bible Camp for 4 nights. While there we sleep in cabins, eat together in the dining hall, do crafts and activities, play games, swim at Diefenbaker Lake, and learn about God. The children are divided into groups and paired with trained leaders to ensure a fun, safe, and relational experience.
How do I register my child for Bibleville?
Please email Kelli (ac.exycrt@illek) or call her at The Rock Church (306-975-7197).
Will my child be safe?
Volunteers have police and vulnerable sector checks as well as formal training.
